An application to renew the approval of the applicant's existing 8.37 mgd WWTP and its discharge. The applicant has also requested approval to re-rate the WWTP to 10.68 mgd with no proposed construction in order to stay in compliance with PADEP's hydraulic overloading condition. Treated effluent will continue to be discharged to West Branch Neshaminy Creek at River Mile 115.63 - 40.01 - 4.0 (Delaware River - Neshaminy Creek - West Branch Neshaminy Creek) via Outfall No. 001, in Hatfield Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
