The NCCW and stormwater will continue to be discharged to the unnamed tributary (UNT) of Shoeneck Creek at River Mile 184.03 - 5.9 - 3.5 - 0.6 (Delaware River - Bushkill Creek - Shoeneck Creek - UNT Shoeneck Creek), via Outfall No. 002, within the drainage area of the section of the main stem Delaware River known as the Lower Delaware which is classified as Special Protection Waters, in Lower Nazareth Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
