An application to renew the approval of the applicant's existing 0.1 mgd Mast Hope WWTP and its discharge. Treated effluent will continue to be discharged to an UNT of the Delaware River at River Mile 279.8 - 0.04 (Delaware River - UNT) via Outfall No. 001, within the drainage area to the section of the main stem Delaware River known as the Upper Delaware, which the Commission has classified as Special Protection Waters, in Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania.
