Warminster Municipal Authority, D-2000-019 CP-3

An application to renew the approval of an existing groundwater withdrawal of up to 125 mgm to supply the applicant's public water supply distribution system from seventeen (17) existing wells. The project wells are completed in the Stockton Formation. Well Nos. 4, 36, 39 and NATC-10 will be removed from the docket because they are no longer part of the public water distribution system. The requested system allocation is not an increase from the previous allocation. The project is located in the Commission's designated Southeastern Pennsylvania Ground Water Protected Area (SEPA GWPA) in the Little Neshaminy Creek and Pennypack Creek Watersheds in Warminster Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
