An application to approve an existing surface water withdrawal project to supply up to a combined 22.5 million gallons per month (mgm) of water from existing intakes located on Indian Run and Hay Creek and up to 3.1 mgm of water from an existing intake in Dyer Quarry for purpose of public water supply. The project is located in the Hay Creek Watershed in Birdsboro Borough and Robeson Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
