An application to renew the approval of the existing 0.06 mgd Hickory Run State Park WWTP and its discharge. The WWTP will continue to discharge treate effluent to Hickory Run at River Mile 183.7 - 67.3 - 1.7 (Delaware River - Lehigh River - Hickory Run) via Outfall No. 001, within the drainage area to Lower Delaware Special Protection Waters (SPW), in Kidder Township, Carbon County, Pennsylvania.
