Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, D-1980-007 CP-5. An application to renew the approval of an existing groundwater withdrawal of up to 3.1 mgm to supply the French Creek State Park from existing Wells A and B. The project wells are completed in the Hammer Creek Formation. The requested allocation is not an increase from the previous allocation. The State Park is located in the Commission's designated Southeastern Pennsylvania Ground Water Protected Area (SEPA GWPA) within the French Creek Watershed in Union Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
